Every order at Ilovetenn enters a specialized workflow designed for quality control. Before any garment leaves our Hendersonville facility, it undergoes a multi-step verification process to ensure it meets our high standards for Casual Dresses and Formal Wear.

• Order Cut-off Time: 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00).

• Processing Schedule: Orders are processed during our business hours (Mon-Sat). Orders placed after the 7:00 PM cut-off on Saturday or anytime on Sunday will begin processing the following Monday morning.

2. Detailed Handling Time (Preparation)

Standard Handling Time: 1 Business Day.

Handling time includes the following critical steps:

• Product Inspection: Checking zippers, seams, and fabric integrity to ensure your Formal + Evening Dress is flawless.

• Secure Packaging: Folding and protecting delicate items like lace or sequins to prevent transit damage.

• Carrier Handoff: Transferring the prepared package to our shipping partners (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

3. Transit Timelines & Delivery Expectations

Once handed to the carrier, "Transit Time" begins. This is the estimated duration for the package to travel from our facility to your doorstep.

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2 – 5 Business Days.

Note: While 98% of our orders arrive within this window, deliveries to remote areas or during extreme weather may take an additional 1-2 days.

• Correct ZIP Code and Phone Number.

Address Modification: If you discover an error, contact support@ilovetenn.com immediately. We can only update addresses before the package is dispatched. Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, address modifications may no longer be possible.

7. Managing Delayed or Missing Shipments

While we partner with world-class carriers, external factors can occasionally cause delays:

• Force Majeure: Severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier operational disruptions.
